Locked out of Morgan's Quest

After completing first part of Morgan's quest on Act 3 (killing all the knights around her), I quickly teleported out during the beginning of her dialogue. Usually it would carry on and mark on my map where part 2 is, but this time it never happened.

I was curious, as the mark stayed on part 1, and the objective never progressed. I tried to see if I could go back in to retrigger the continuation, but unfortunately I couldn't go into the Quest door anymore - it seems like the game registered me as "completing" part 1 of the quest, but it just got stuck and didn't progress me further...

It was very unfortunate, since it kind of jipped me out of a potential legendary/cursed item :/
