untouchable nightmare tumor

While playing Alladin I came across a nightmare tumor and i can't even touch it or damage it with atack nor special or anything else that can deal damage

Me and my cousin came across this same issue on multiple playthroughs.

Same issue in a multiplayer game Chapter 1&2 both had invincible tumours but chapter 3 did not interestingly.
