Geppetto Signature Skin Unlock

I'm having some trouble getting Geppetto's signature skin to unlock. I got a run going where I got Flux Capacitor, and Magnetic Hammer in the same run and waited for all three dummies to be unstable before using my special and watched as they all detonated simultaneously, yet at the end of the run I didn't get the skin unlock. Is there anything I'm missing or is the unlock possibly bugged?

The only 2 questions id have for you is;

1. Are you in combat doing this? The condition does state it must be while in combat.

2. Is there any custom stuff added? Any custom modes make achievements / unlocks invalid.

That's all the ideas I have currently.

I have the same problem, thought it bugged since I abandoned the game, but it happened even after dying using all the feathers...
