I don't understand, I was in a group of 4, I used the thing to heal all 4 people in the group, and I didn't get it, we lost the game after tho... do we have to win a run to unlock??

You need to stay in sing stance all that time.

Oh and it has to be in combat and I don't think it needs to be everyone in the group (?) not sure on that. It's a bit easy to unlock.
