Was looking to play this game on the TV with couch coop. Having to buy two copies and playing on different screens is deal breaker for some with games like this. Just shoots old-school gamers in the balls lol

If the game gets popular enough, the community will find a way to play in local co-op (similarly to what's done with Borderlands games on PC).

But definitely the decision of not having local co-op made me not insta-buy the game. It will stay in my wishlist for a while, waiting for a large discount.

Not all games design for everyone anyway.
You sounds like developer should start become nervous and worry of all these demand of how they lose 1 sale that never intended to play the game anyway

Well, even POE2 manage to have co-op couch, we hope that pass the message. This game especially are a game to play with family in couch, and deserve it.

It's unlikely they are going to add couch co-op at this point.
Your choice whether to get it or not but, if I were you I'd get it anyway ( and I'll make my friends get it too ).

wow, what a bucket of ice in my face.
Bought this only because i wanted to play with my gf, only to see "online coop".
Refund.
a multiplayer game should be couch coop.
Making it exclusively online is a greedy yet anti friend/family.
