Game disables mouse, keyboard, and sound during chapter loading phase

Very strange issue, this only occurs when a chapter is being started. Usually at about 75% loaded, my mouse, keyboard, and sound are all disabled. I can't even tab out of the game and do things on my computer at that point. This issue doesn't occur with other games.

Sometimes it'll allow me to go through a whole chapter. But 100% of the time while loading the 2nd chapter, the same issue occurs.

Strangely enough, had no issues like this whatsoever after playing for 20 hours on my steam deck.
