Runs taking too long to finish.
the average run for me is taking about 1h to finish, i believe that the sweet spot for an average run time is 40m - 60m, but now, is closer to something like 60m - 75m.
i believe that making the runs faster would improve the general experience in the game.
some points i thought are:
- reducing the 18 min timer (but reducing the tame it takes to do things, to compensate for the smaller time)
- making teleporting even faster
- reducing the "in combat" range, to make shure you can interact with things faster
- maybe making the character move faster out of combat
- reducing the health of bosses, since they tame about 10 minutes of the run, + the 3 18m chapters
- adding a way to use time as a currency, like trading a minuter for X amount of dream shards etc...

Considering it's 18 min per act, it's 54 mins + the time required to kill the 3 bosses.

I can understand the 3rd one might require a little more time to be killed, but to get to 75m feels a little off ( no damage and tank builds? Or are you referring to a solo play with the option that stops time during choices? If so, you can disable it like in mp ).

i'm talking about the 4 player coop, but it can apply to any comp size

Dunno what you are doing but nm runs on 4man are also 56min average

i believe that a 1h run is a little too much, and 56 is too close to an hour, considering that or you instakill the boss, or you start it early, or you didnt took in consideration the time it takes to kill the boss

I agree the run time is darn long and exhausting.
I prefer maybe a map duration like 15 minutes, in exchange for smaller map and same amount of enemies + reward

the enemy health especially on 3+ players is too high which makes every single fight boring and tedious. this is why my squad doesn't play. i can solo this all day or even duo but when we try to play with 3+ omg its awful.

I don't mind the long runs, but understand why players feel this way. IMO there are a lot of tweaks that need to be made, especially on NM mode, to make the runs more fair and enjoyable.
