Snow queen skill setup
I think part of my early usage and still frustration of snow queen comes from her skills and the way they're given to the player, None of them are bad they just seem out of place and could be better presented to more convey her play style..... i'll explain

Trait: should be changed from the god like movement/map scouting skill to her E (special) skill to emphasize she is meant to be getting a majority of her damage from her shatter. I feel like shatter could do with a small buff (maybe lower Cool down nothing insane). this would help establish her identity like most traits in the game do.

Powerful: Honestly this skill feels fine during the day, and it isn't necessarily bad at night but it is a little jarring to go from having a high damage attack to an area slow with no damage. I think a compromise would be to meet the night time version in the middle. less damage than day and a shorter duration on the chill field left behind or don't change the duration on the chill field at all. but it does need to do some damage I feel.

Special: Change this to her defensive skill and have it do a small amount of base damage, chill like it does now and remove the I frames. you can still leave in the upgrade that causes this to shoot icicles to further increase it's damage but feels like a more an offensive skill than a defensive skill.

Defensive skill: swap this with her original trait but change up the upgrade for it that causes it to be a short dash with iframes and the base skill. I've never enjoyed the Iframe dash as an upgrade it's not bad but the skill loses it's damage and map scouting potential which i feel are greater. so swapping these around and making the base skill a short range chilling, I frame dash would make more sense for a defensive skill and allow it to be upgraded to the current movement/damage/scouting skill it currently is as it feels to be the superior version of the two.

These suggestions aren't meant to change how to she functions but repackage her current skills in a way that better conveys the optimal way to use her skill set for newer players and to move around her skills more appropriate locations. there are some small changes but the over all feel would be the same.
