Help at Aladdin quests "Jinn's might"

I can't seem to find out how this quest is solved. When I am 100% charged and use my POWER, it does not stack. Someone can help me solving this ?

you need to hit them from downtown

You need to stand a good bit away from the enemy to be able to fully charge up and hit them otherwise he seems to prematurely unload "Jinn's Might".

Test out "curving swings".
If youre facing an enemy Power to your left or right side then curve around into him. Takes a bit getting used to but works.
You get quite a bit of airtime and control whiling fisting.

I'm also having trouble, I tried to hit enemies from very far but still got 0/20 after act I.

you need to really really strike from full distance fully charged its almost a fullscreen distance at 1080p

The quest is bugged if you're playing with a high framerate atm, cap your FPS under 150.
