Is there no way to preview Werewolf abilities from the menu?
Do I miss some obvious way to change the form you're previewing in the codex/starting screen for the Scarlet? I get the general idea of what the abilities do, but being able to preview the exact damage numbers would be neat.

When playing solo hitting tab will pause the game and let you mouse over all your abilities, so once you transform you can just pause and read what they are. Though yeah it would be cool if the character select let you switch between the two and read them there.

Hey, I didn't know that! x)
At least that's the option for now. But yeh, being able to swap the forms would definitely be a QoL improvement. So far this character feels the most consistent in terms of abilities

Man i wish you could thumbs up comments. This seems like a pretty important/simple thing to patch ASAP. Big QoL improvement. Also a clearer description of of what they consider power, attack, defense, special etc. would be nice. kind of hard to figure them out unless you go in to change your key/button bindings. AND a description of what happens to each character during night and day cycles in the book as well.

~most~ of the time it shows the button prompt next to the upgrade window, showing which ability gets improved. But it's not 100% consistent - something I hope gets improved.

So far the core of the game feels really solid, and if the patches/updates come through at a decent rate - I feel I'm going to be in love with this game. Just hoping they don't get drowned under "boo hoo too little content in Early Access game that nobody forced you to buy in the first place", sigh.

I mean game also dont display ur crit dmg and chance aswell.

Yea it's a bit of a flaw when the game's day night cycle impacts 3 heroes. Could've used a UI Moon / Sun button to show the difference.

Boy, I forgot that I posted this a year ago lmao. But I'm glad to hear that it might come eventually - it's something that's more annoying to check/see in multiplayer (because you do not get the pause)

If I may suggest, so you don't change anything about your UI design, why not include it as an "alternate character" to red riding hood? I mean in the character select menu, for example, you can make a prompt so her portrait changes to "wolf" before clicking and then you will use the same UI and everything, its just that when you enter you now view the wolf abilities, everything else is the same.

You can leave everything else, like the compendium, as is, as no one's complaining about it anyway.

I think they easyer way would BE just including the tooltip for both forms.
Might get a bit big in terms of wording though.
Love the game keep up the good work.
