Change resolultion / window style

There's no "options" button in the game's main menu, I was to change the window style but have no way of returning to the options screen since the initial configuration, any ideas? Thanks.

right click on the game and go to properties, then click the "set launch options" button and type in: -c

There is options if you click "play" first.
