M1 MacBook Pro or GeForce now
Does this game run on m1 MacBook Pro, and if so does it run native? Or does it run on GeForce now?

It runs ok on an M2 MacBook Air, so I imagine it will run fine on an M1. Performance is iffy the higher waves you get though. You may have better performance with the MBP than I do on my Air.
