What's an adverse Status Effect?

I have most of the Achievements except for 3, 2 are Character based and I will get them eventually, and the other one is Immunity Knot.
The game is fun but I've played it so many times in the past that I kinda got a little bored by it as a lvl takes too long ~30min, So I just wanted to ask what that is so I can finish it in a go or 2.

I got it by randomly playing Muspelheim map and walking over hazard "lava" if that make any sense.

I got it that way too, by playing on Muspelheim and walking on the lava fields ^^
