I got 66 of 67 , the last one is hidden, how to get it ?

Play M.i.s.s.i.n.g several times (or restart the round) until you get the "Glitch" Skill in the Skill Tree play it to max and use Ascension.

G.L.I.T.C.H. Ascension

it wont let me ascend the GLITCH relic. do i have to be on MISSING in order to ascension it?

yes i think so because you can get glitch as additional skill for every character but only as skill in the skill-tree for the M.I.S.S.I.N.G

Correction: You find this by buying it from the shop or finding it in the map on a shrine. I kept resetting for about 50 times until I didn't get any so I went to Nordic Ashes wiki and it's listed in the relics -> Active relics hence... it's not a random generated skill by M.I.S.S.I.N.G .
