Any tips on how to do this challenge? Pretty hard, tried different approaches and was not sucessful.

Focus on equipment with a high return for your play style. The challenge takes off 95 levels to open any gear, so that helps with a lot of positive perks we'd otherwise have to balance out with negative ones.

The info says -95 level requirement for equipment so throw on some high level items that give a load of flat stats.
