Report a translation problem
With no shop upgrades, you are weak and slow in the beginning. The last thing you need is constantly rising corruption, which will make enemies faster and stronger - that will make the beginning of this challenge several times harder.
Then the game scales a lot and you have to get death scythe. Then just focus on atk speed and projectiles and it's easy.
Build for every challenge was Health-stacking and Blood Transmutation.
The fact you can triple socket Health on Helm/Legs/Boots (and Chest and Shield if you're Rog Knight) is a huge boost. A trio of (+% HP, +HP per level and +%HP per level) per item is extremely powerful right now.
I use Rog avatar + standard build with high defense + lunar inferno, I used cleaver as initial weapon.
Active force field talent
Run katana, projectile, ice spirit, heroic every 15 levels and bow talents
Banish all the positive defence cards (both flat and ones that INCREASE your defence multiplier), hard roll for Zealot at 15 (or whatever level you have all heroics due to talent)
Take all the dash cards, moment you get evasion + thingy that gets you talent charge on hit you are functionally immortal
Take every -defence you get
When you get the red card - hard roll for Lunatic
SS-Trainer gloves for start rank 8 weapon (swordrang)
Knight Pendant for Cleaver.
Change these out after the start of the 1st map.
Holy Crossguard (or 2) can give you some damage at the start, can be replaced when you have any other source of damage.
The stones (Sun Stone, Storm Stone, etc.) can really help with card pick manipulation since you don't get re-rolls. They also give a bunch of bonuses and work at level 1.
You can set level-up to manual so you can equip whatever stone helps find a card you need before leveling (if you want to use something else in those slots while fighting).
SS-rank equipment is good enough (I used S-rank to do it), you just need to live long enough for the bonuses to kick in.
If you use +Final Power/Damage stuff (Lunar Inferno, Metal Transmutation, Blood Transmutation), then you can use the x0.99*player level power negative mod on items to really cut down on level req.
2. Any good damage weapon will do the job. Swordrang+Cleaver into death scythe is good due to insta kill.
3. Active talent well it should be a good talent and hopefully help you get a good weapon evo.
4. Passive talents, Gilga legacy is good to get the heroic cards to get the build rolling sooner. PS you really want to get Blood transmutation as that a really nice card damage based on health. Also you can combo it with zealot or metal transmutation, personally I would go with Zealot as it way easier to get.
Kunai is also a great pick with it's 10% chance to remove all positive defence from a mob on hit.
As for gear it dont really matter I cleared it without any gear once.
