Rogue: Genesia
necromancer
this boss, way to much health or way to much defense, every time i fight him, not only does it take a lot of time, but after you get him to 0 health, he refreshes up to full so i have time to eat dinner, watch star trek beyond, have popcorn, watch star wars, go out get gas, come home, decide i need to go buy groceries, come back, go to bed, get up, and maybe, just maybe, he will die

So idk what your build is or what options you picked, but I killed him in 1 single frame, It even gave me an achievement lol

Spock: If I may adopt a parlance with which you are familiar, I can confirm your theory to be ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥."

There's different ways to do damage. Defense piercing and shredding are good places to start boosting if the fights are dragging.

Soooo much this.
Defense Pierce and Defense Shredding are essential to powerful builds. When you start running corruption challenges, or just running with higher corruption in general, you NEED Pierce and Shredding.

For most things just getting an X to final power card will do the job just fine.
I personally like Blood transmutation since you can stack health and get crazy damage numbers really true if you get the commoner's guide book.

thanks for all of the insights, the defense pierce and shredding will be at the top of my list, escalation of corruption really is a game changer for difficulty, still have not completed B yet to get to A but wow, it is rough past level 150, i got to like over 220 last night then the game started throwing nonsense at me, like stacks of candles etd, then some vampire shows up and it is all over

You got this! Storm that castle.

Trying different approaches, Lunar Inferno was one of my favorite traits for a long time. Defense as damage. Woot woot. So many dynamic ways to play the game 'wrong' and still win. Not to mention faith builds.
