Evolution drop chance?

Why is the chance of these cards dropping so low? This is my favorite part of the game but it's so hard to do. Is there some soul shop upgrade I can get later to improve it?

D rank challenges Dual Wielding and Plebian really help with the drop rates.

There only other recommendation I have is to banish as many weak cards as you can since taking them out of the drop pool enhances your chances of getting better cards.

Get Corrupted Rog and you'll feel like Evo's are guaranteed drops.

I don't think it's low, but, you can get more rerolls, and also, make sure that you have all the required cards to get the evolution.

For example, if you want the Death Scythe, you need the Cleaver and Swordrang maxxed out, but also Divine Smite, and to get Divine Smite, you have to get Absolute Focus, and to get that one, you need Accuracy, Lens and Analysis.

So, always make sure you have the required cards.
