Rogue: Genesia
How do I unlock Rogue avatar (get 999% attack speed)?
This is the only avatar I don't have yet aside from a few hidden ones. I have no idea how to get my attack speed over 999%. Any tips or suggestions?

You can do it with stacked Attack Speed

I've yet to do an endless run and always just do the ROG mode. Would you suggest doing endless on an easy difficulty or something? I enjoy ROG mode but the problem is the games are to short to build a lot up unless you go into higher difficulties. If I do that though I'm afraid I won't survive long enough if I just focus raising attack speed lol.

You'll be looking for these soul cards: Cardio, Practice, Trade Off, Celerity, Light Hand, Light Weight, Perfection and avoiding anything that will lower your attack speed. Also stack movespeed and try to get the Hermes' Hood artifact, which increases your attack speed by your movespeed.

For passive talents you should go for Arcane Beam - Talent, which gives weapons with the [Area] tag up to 35% attack speed when it's maxed out at level 4. I usually run Crystal Sword as my active talent since it has the [Area] tag and helps you get more exp for more levels, along with the Katana passive talent for even more exp as you overkill enemies. Cleaver (Damage and Projectile Size for [Melee] tagged weapons) and Death Aura (pure area size increase, max of 45%) also help.

And don't forget the D tier Soul Shop attack speed, the F, E, & D tier ones that make the tainted cards (like Cardio) give you up to 4 levels at once and the F tier "Tainted Card Power".
Thank you all! I was able to just do this on a tainted card only run. Just stacked cardio and got there easily. I appreciate it!

Just to be clear, can it be a temporary attack speed at the cap? I have hit the attack speed cap many times when using Frenzy, but it does not seem to count. I'm not sure if this is a bug or not.
