How to unlock A rank?
I'm sure I must be missing something here, but I completed several B rank runs now, but I still haven't unlocked A rank yet. To be fair though, I'm still not 100% sure exactly what's happening during the Vampire Queen boss fight, since it all goes a little bit ... wonky by then. I'm not really sure I actually killed her either. If this is indeed the missing puzzle piece, how do I actually do that?
