Anyone got a guide or any hints on how to beat that achievement? Been slamming my head against a wall for weeks trying to get this done but have had no luck so far. I usually get the talents that up my purification at the start to lessen the negatives on the corruption that this crime against everything throws at you, but I have not had any luck so far.

Fully upgrade your soul shop or at least get anachrinistic to make you invincible, it's really useful in the first few stages when you don't have enough damage. Also, there's a talent that increases the duration of anachrinistic.

Other than that, crossbow is a nice weapon because it ignores trash mobs and focuses on elites/champions.

Auto aim is another good option if you use weapons that require targeting like arcane beam.

For this achievement, I tried something I thought it did nothing, the stat is faith. At first glance, it feels like it doesn´t benefit the player, but with corruption, feels like a blessing. It starts with zealot, then you can get Holy Skin (believe me, this feels like cheating with the corruption) and you must get faith[tainted card] (lower your defence stat, but that helps, you´ll understand when you do the full build). I started with death aura and did the evolution with the fire ring. At start, try getting alot of damage mitigation( I had at level 35, 93,5% damage mitigation and I was still butter to the enemies), until you get zealot. After you get the first zealot, search for the holy skin, the fastest way you can and if you see faith[tainted card], get just one to activate the faith stat. After I done this, the challenge didn't feel that difficult, but be on watch with your health, bosses or mini-bosses with the damage over time, can melt you in 1 or 2 seconds. The passive talents I used were Lunar Inferno , Stellar Stone, Lunar Stone and Moon Stone. I recommend having the least armor possible since you benefit the less armor you have, maybe for passive talents use gale stone, wind stone, maybe a Stellar Stone(not recommend since you need to have negative armor or maybe use the sun stone or the solar stone) and maybe the anachronistic hourglass(this one is at your choice, I recommend this one for a more safe route, but you can go damage with fiery stone or fire stone. If you don´t want damage, try to get multi-shot, since more projectiles is always good and if you don't want any of those try gilgamesh's crown or tainted's seal (in my opinion, you're better using another passive, because you most likely get all the necessary ascended and heroic, just by playing, till you reach the end. These passives, just help you getting sooner)).Give it a try and good luck getting the achievment!

Lunar Inferno is usually enough to breeze through it for now on live. On Beta this might change because some cards now have a requirement of level 10, but otherwise you can do ESH 1 with any weapon by simply going Steel Skin/Stone Skin > Martyr > Fortress and avoid taking 1/1 cards or capping card levels until you 2/1 your Martyr in a bonfire event.
