Progress reset?

I haven't played this game since unlocking all the old achievements last March and finally decided to boot the game back up with the addition of new achievements in the latest update. Upon loading the game I was asked to create a profile and select a difficulty (Which was a new feature to me) and couldn't see an option to load my old save, the new save obviously has none of my soul coins I'd unlocked, my upgrades or the world tier clear data. My question is simply did all progress get reset in a previous update I missed or is it possible for me to get back my old save data from last year if that would even be compatible with the current version?

All the saves for the new profile I created today are all dated today and nowhere can I find any data for my old save or "Profile" the new profile I created defaulted to my username "Ainion" but no where can I find the data that would of been linked to my old save, I am assuming this this old profile had a different name as it was pre-profile update.

I am still unable to locate my old profile save anywhere, just the newly created one, is this due to my old profile being from before the named profile update happened? Pretty sure back when I played I didn't have a named profile or selected a difficulty?

if your save is from before named profile (0.6 or 0.7) then it's likely not recoverable
I would advice to download the save I give in the post, that should help recover a bit of progress
