Looking for tips for this achievements :)

Getting Scammed has something to do with rarity rerolls.

The achievement is a bit thorny
and it only take 15 minutes to obtain it

I can imagine what the gamemode is, but does it have to be on a specific world tier?

Well I've made it in 15 minutes, don't know if I'd be able to survive more :)

Haven't figured it out yet but tried starting F rank with thorns and not moving or choosing any other weapons for 15 minutes. Enemies would die running into me but thorns wasn't producing any visible projectiles the entire time and I went well past 15 minutes
