Unlock Guide?

Is there a good unlock guide anywhere? Or can we see how to unlock cards in game somewhere? Not just ascended weapons, which I have found 1 good list of.

Other than weapon ascensions, I have never seen lightning spirit for example. Does it need unlocked? There are other cards I have seen on some videos, and artifacts, that I have never seen in game. Just wondering if I am missing something, or have bad luck.
