Does anyone know that bug or whatever trigger that cheevo?

Solution:
1. Demote all soul-shop regen nodes.
2. Take cards like:
- Blood coat (-0.1 Health Regen) - 10 levels
- Blood Pressure (x0.75 Healt Regen Multiplier) - 5 levels
3. Take a lot cards on Max HP: Flesh, Tower, Iron Will, Heavy
4. Take as much cards +gold as u find.

Gameplay:
Play normally with good weapons for fast and speedy kills, u need to collect exp and gold as much as u can. On map make a route through all shops. U need to save money to buy only artifacts.
Every round after completion u have 3 seconds and -HP Regen will hit u few HP, so every shop will give u option to heal.
Reduce health artifacts is what u need to get the cheevo
Buy cursed belt or glass sword and than heal ur self through shop option.

The first run i made i was searching for Cursed belt only and i didn't buy anyother artifacts only made few rerolls in shop. This tactics didn't work as shop will give u to choose only from 3-4 same artifacts.
The second run i was buying all artifacts i saw (about 6-8 artiffacts from 2 shops), and on the third shop i found cursed belt.

Seems he got Nan gold by going to a shop where he could be healed by not a big ammout and picking up a relic that halfed his hp making it that the available to buy hp replenish was giving negative hp and costing Nan
Edit: Yea, that quite did the trick - go to shop while not at full hp so the option to heal yourself is there and get yourself something that will cut your max hp down to below your current hp threshold (like cursed belt).
So best to be as high as you can with your current hp as you can to the max while not being at max so any cut in max hp could bring you down below it. Also watch out or spec out of regen

welp, I just got this on complete accident (coincidentally happened after I read these past days updates logs today and read about this "bug" there) when I saw the NaN at the Health Recuperate option, and soon as that, the money was like infinite to spend.

Is there anyway to revert that? via save location or the steam cloud save?:

EDIT: OK, so... apparently it only works for that particular run that you got the achievement?! I'm still trying out...

EDIT 2: Yep, it's just for the run that you first got the achievement, thanhkfully!

I think one of the easier ways to get this is to go for a build with a lot of health and then get a tiny bit damaged, so that you can buy any card that might reduce health, since there's not only the cursed artifacts but the items that reduce max health by 5, and the ones that reduce the percentage by a certain amount, and if you have a high enough health those percentages will work for the achievement.

It works with other reduce health artifacts (glass sword for example) and cards like overworked :)
