Corrupted core cannot overlevel 1/1 soulcards

I was playing an exceptionally long survivor game I always try to keep a rarity reroll until the very late game because corrupted core is really good and if you banish and level the right things you can guarentee a reroll into a level 2 fractal in the late game.
I hit 30 days just now and realized I only have accumulation (which i do not want) and overload level 2 left in the heroic card pool, I rarity reroll accumulation and for some reason my card downgraded into an epic instead of letting me get level 2 overload, it felt really bad, I have yet to see any of my one level max cards be upgraded in a game where i have hit level 125, which absolutely sucks, it seems the only way to upgrade them in survivors now is to have training weight + corrupted core, and even that makes isnt great because a lot of the 1 levels have disadvantages.

Big issue #1
weather or not you get both of the relics you are basically locked out of taking absolute focus entirely because you need 2 patience + max other crit to get %100 crit chance with 1 level of absolute focus, 2 levels of absolute focus makes %100 crit unobtainable and if you can only get 1 level of patience you cannot get max crit if you have any levels in absolute focus.

Big issue #2
this just makes the game less fun, cant get level 2 fractal, patience, overloaded, stonehanded, hypersonic, lunacy, thorn firework, martyr, and clumsy which are a lot of the most fun cards to have overleveled, this significantly neuters the "I JUST WANT ALL THE PROJECTILES" style builds and crit builds.

you can get them to lvl 2 with core+ training weight, however i havent tested this without training weight.
Besides, it also says on core, the cards for overlvl are LESS LIKELY to appear!

It doesnt seem you understood the post. OP already mentioned it is possible to overlevel 1/1 soulcards if you have core+training available before getting the soulcard, however if you have the 1/1 soulcard on you already and then get the artifacts it is not possible to get them overleveled anymore.

Also OP is not complaining about the likelyhood, but about the possibility to get it at all. It is obvious from the description that it says "LESS LIKELY" but with the fact that the rarity reroll downgraded the rarity of the soulcard it is confirmed that you dont have anything of that rarity left to roll.

precisely, you can tell weather or not it is possible via using rarity rerolls while you already have 1 copy of the card, it used to be you could force particular cards to overlevel 2/1 by banishing specific cards and rarity rerolling into them, this no longer works.

how did you make it to day 30 and only have lvl 125 i made it to 1 day 18hrs and finished at 137

just curious or were you missing exp upgrades i couldnt max my weapons out it was frustrating as hell

I apologize for the confusion, my point was that before this nerf I could usually secure triple fractal before level 125, which is about when it should happen if you save your rarity rerolls (which is the weakness of this strategy) fail to get lucky and need to clear out all the heroic cards available before you force a roll into it

Do you have a screen shot of your run. I looked at the leader board and didnt see any run with 720 hours (30 days). Highest was 590-ish. Are you sure youre not mistaken hours with days? I got almost 2 days and was soul level 147 ( but picked up both bookworm upgrades)

I think its close to impossible to pass a few days without being completely invincible because of how fast the enemies start to move so I have no idea how the other guys on the leader board got over 24 days.
