The 3 rare encounters at Korthos island.

I found 2.
1st near the catacumbs entrance, a flying ice beast (near an ice and water veil, south of island)
2nd on the very south of the map, in the snow area, within the sea, an ice spider.

3rd I can't find, any tips???

I can't get to the Vekz Spluhr.
I went to the Sahagin Overlook, it seems to be over it.
But a I can't get there, is it by the Acqueduct Mission?

I get out by the final hope in the aqueduct, It get in another exit but still a little far from the enconter. Is there another way out besids that hope near the last 5 prisoners?
How can I open the submersed door inside the acqueduct?

have in mind, that it's RARE encounters. they're not there everytime. on korthos they are very easy to achieve though.

The door underwater in the Aqueduct is locked and needs to be opened by a rogue or Artificer. There are a bunch of stones you can jump on to get up to the sahuagin overlook. As zLovon said these are rares so they won't always be there.

I found it.
I was thinking it was above the sahuagin overlook.
But I re-entered the island 4-5 times and finally it appeared.
