Report a translation problem
Perhaps, last update may not have applied correctly. First check your antivirus / firewall (HIPS or sandbox can blocked some files ), UAC, and privileges you have on the account that you are using in the system (user/administrator). You can try also to copy all files from the backup folder inside your main DDO folder to the main DDO folder and then start the game. That should force to apply the game update again.
