Baldur's Gate would be middle of the map (vertically) on the west coast (north part of the Sea of Swords).
Neverwinter (the other game) is set on that coast a lot further north, towards the Spine of the World mountains.
DDO's setting is in Cormyr. Look to the Sea of Fallen Stars in the middle, and follow it west into the Dragonmere. Cormyr is on its north shore. Pretty much where the King's Forest and the StormHorns meet is where its set.
Eberron on the other hand:

All on the continent of Xen'drik in that northern portion. There is one quest that ostentiably takes place in Khorvaire (Brothers of the Forge), supposedly in the Mournlands... but since it doesn't even have the Mournland effects (no heals, no rez and utter stillness, blahblah), doesn't feel like it.
For clarification: humans and the other races are primarily all from Khorvaire which is just out of a long bloody 'world war' with each other. Xen'drik is the ruined home of the 'blown into the stone age' giants that we're plundering for stuff. Aerenal is where the giant's non-drow slaves fled to, ruled by zombie elves and the zombie council. Argonessan is dragons and cavemen worshipping dragons. Sarlona is demon-possessed psionics enslaving everyone except some rebel demon-possessed psionics hiding out in the north. None of this matters since it's pretty much just Stormreach on Xen'drik, and the Realms setting above.
