There are also Epic Past Life feats which you get for Epic True Reincarnating in each Destiny Sphere (if you have Epic Destinies unlocked). Each EPL feat has a passive and a stance component. You can also stack them 3x each but automatically get access to both components... however, you can only be in one EPL stance at a time.

Finally, there are Iconic Past Life feats that require that you run an Iconic class to L30 (usually the EPL level) and then Iconic True Reincarnate. They act like EPL feats.

Fighter passive past life feat gives BOTH a +1 attack bonus AND a +1 to tactics DCs per fighter past life (up to 3x, i.e. up to +3 to hit and +3 to DC's for Trip, Stun, etc.).
Also, while it may be quibbling... I'm pretty sure Fighter passive past life feat gives a to-hit bonus, NOT a BAB bonus (It's certainly listed that way on DDOwiki). If it were a permanent BAB bonus, it should allow you to take feats with BAB prerequisites at lower levels on succeeding lives, which it doesn't.
The active feat gives other bonuses (which you can find on the links I posted above).
