I can't cancel my sub
I got an email saying steam charged me for another month and I Never OKed that. I bought one month only. Then i tried to go to the ddo website to cancel my subscription and it doesnt even show it there.

You probably forgot to uncheck the auto renewal box when you first sub'd.

From the wiki:
Canceling subscription
In the store, click the down arrow next to your account name.
Click "Manage Subscriptions".
It shows your current VIP Subscription, click "Details".
Under the "Subscription Details" box there is a "Hold or Cancel" link.
Note: You will still be a VIP until the time that you have already paid for expires - they do not give refunds
Optionally, follow up with "Delete Payment Account" option under the "Renewal Details Box".

Yeah, SSG autos your sub regardless of which one you do. The new in-game DDO Store has broken stuff to make it even more annoying.

To cancel your auto-renewal you need to:
1. Open the DDO Store from within the game (ctrl+S)
2. Click on your user name in the top-left corner and select 'Account' from drop-down menu.
3. Beneath the 'My Account' heading, click on the 'Subscription tab.
4. Click 'Cancel Sub' button. There may be a popup confirmation, I don't recall.

Hopefully that helps, if you haven't already figured it out. :)
