**** Torch or light spell would be cool through. Even the 'personal light' feature LotRO has would be nice just so you don't have to fiddle with your settings.

I would like to try those
There isn't really a need for it, as most areas are sufficiently lit, and there are torches placed even in the mines and caves. Some areas and quests are deliberately too dark, like the Underdark, but that has the Undersun Googles for it (note that it only works in the Underdark).
You can adjust the Gamma to an extent in the Graphics settings.
