Has RNG for loot. DDO is closest to pen and paper D n D: lore, races, gear and classes wise. Rest of DDO is PC video game and MMORPG. Read here http://ddowiki.com/ and here https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dungeons_%26_Dragons_Online

Yes, you can see your dice roll per event/task/check/attack etc.

DDO is clearly based on "dice rolls", yes.

At least optionally.. not sure if the default is on or off. And you only see d20 rolls, not rolls for damage. Also, even if it's turned on, if you've modified your layout, it can be hidden behind another UI element.

Unfortunately responding to the rest of your question "is this just another MMO" is more difficult. YOU don't roll the dice, so the existence of dice rolls isn't the key element in whether or not it falls in your definition of "just another MMO". However, it IS quite different than any other D&D-inspired MMO and much more faithful to the ideas and ideals of D&D than the others I've seen. That isn't to say it's not a heavily-modified combination of 3.5 and 4.0 rulesets and concepts, though. Many people who find other D&D-based MMOs uninspiring seem to love DDO. Give it a try.
