Actually I just had to wait for the game to finish downloading it opened another way to get in. You cant make a Turbine account without a product key, You dont have to have a Turbine account to play the game.

You do. You have the option to make that account in the game launcher itself or at the DDO website. Generally if people have a problem, it's in trying to do so in the launcher.
