The Legend of Two-Toed Tobias?
I cant find the enterance to this quest. It keeps telling me to go to the wrecked ship, but I cant find the door to the quest there. is there some special trick to reaching this quest?

If I recall correctly, it's underwater.

Go to the side of the wrecked ship and then dive underwater, it's at the bottom of the ship.

The best place for quest help is the DDO wiki, just google DDO 'quest name'.

ghost of a chance is also under water.

Ghost is the one out in the ocean at the bottom of a 'sinkhole'.

Both of them in the wiki talk about needing underwater breathing potions etc.... but I never used any and didn't have a problem. Finding Ghost was a pain the first time around, but once in the quests there are air pockets all over.
