Shared LOTRO account with DDO?

I have a LOTRO account already but it won't let me activate DDO under it.

Id rather not have to use a totally different account and email if I don't have to.

Is there something I'm missing? or can you not have both games under one account?

If you insist on using that old turbine account, you have to get Standing Stones games CC to email you a product key code that you add to your old turbine account.

Well, its not just about the account and having to share it with LOTRO. My Email that I use for more game related stuff won't work if I try to create a new DDO account. Says its in use.

I'm kinda surprised that they still have it so messy that people have to jump through hoops to get both games under one account by now.

Did you use an original CD key to activate both on your account? Because that works and is how it was originally done back when they sold both these games in a box.

Ahhh, yes boxed editions for both from long ago.

contact SSG, connect via lotro or ddo main page open a ticket they'll send you a cd key to add the missing game on your account and you don't have to recreate an account
