Note that as Taebrythn mentions, the Ravenloft expansion is also available from the in-game store and can be purchased with DDO Points.
Actually you can, though you have to contact Support to do so. However, the OP said Expansion Packs, not Adventure Packs.
And spend DDO points or just pay? I assumed that this was in reference to using the DDO store interface.
No Super Bundles. Yearly Sales on various Adv Packs only. Only the most recent Expansions are available to buy at the website

If you Google for DDO Marketplace this is where you want to go.
Hmm... I don't use Firefox, so not sure what you're encountering. If the link I've posted doesn't get you there, try searching for 'DDO Market' and follow the links. Perhaps I unknowingly posted something incompatible with Firefox that forked earlier in the process of getting there to a browser-specific page.
VIP and premium are not the same thing I explain this in another post
https://steamcommunity.com/app/206480/discussions/0/1693788384144001844/
but to save you the reading and searching.
"premium accounts are people who have had VIP or paid actual $$$ on DDO points" basically they have put money into the game and the devs reward that account with premium status.... but Premium is basically F2P with a perk or do thats it.
As I've mentioned previously, you can't buy adventure packs as a VIP in the in-game store (they won't show up), but people have successfully purchased them by contacting support.
Also as mentioned previously, the OP said expansion packs, not adventure packs. Possible the poster didn't know the difference, but answering the question asked is usually the best approach. Or at least explaining what you think the person got wrong. And VIPs can most certainly purchase the expansions.
Good to know. Thanks for the feedback.
