I'm not sure how you expect us to help you when you give us no details to work with, so I'll just say "thanks for the update?" instead.
Make a NEW account for DDO if you are a New player to DDO. Don't bother trying to use old turbine account that didn't have DDO on it. If you insist on using that old turbine account, you have to get Standing Stones games CC to email you a product key code that you add to your old turbine account.
If you have played DDO in the past and had money invested in DDO on that old turbine account, then you need to contact SSG CC anyway to get it fixed.

If you are having problems making an account on the website:
- Try different web browsers like Internet Explorer or Edge, etc.
- Open a fresh browser, Type DDO.com in the URL bar and enter.
- Make sure adblocker extentions are disabled and turn web scripts blockers off.
- It has a ReCaptcha thing that you have to check to complete the account.
- It has a Terms of Service and Privacy Policy Check mark that you have to complete for new account.
- Make sure you have confirmed the password.
- Make sure you put in an Email address that has not been used for any Turbine account.
- Make sure you have put in the date of your birth.
- Make sure your Username is unique to you. Maybe if you trying to use a common username it will fail without notice.
P.S. if I did put in something wrong there is nothing telling me that I did.

What he meant was there's no single-signin for multiple games. There can be, but you have to specifically contact support to have the second game added to the existing account.
It's not clear to me where you're trying and it's failing. The general rule is that if in-game signup fails, you go to https://myaccount.turbine.com/index.php
If that's also failing, contact support.
Then went to the Create account pages followed instructions and get the following, I have cleared Cache, removed history taken off Ad Blocker. Even attempted using Microsoft Edge! get thtough putting in Username <15 Chars Uppercase Lower case and Number, password rules - Done Ticked the boxes and failed each time
On CLICKING THE BIG GREEN NEXT I go to the following page and get the meaage HTTP Error 500.

Read the forums nothing seems to work - Windows 10 - Chrome Browser Latest and MS Edge as Well.
I've never seen this issue with DDO before. If I'm understanding you; you downloaded the DDO client/launcher and clicked a link on it to go to the sign up page, and you are getting the error there. Perhaps there is an issue with the link on the launcher.

I tried today 2/12/18 (UK date Time format) at 10:50 and same issue - tried getting to the login page from Web and not the link from the start up screen wtp.soap thank you.
I tried another device this time an Android same issue again This page is not working.
Also raised an ticket thank you NavFamG - so now wait reply.
Step 1: Use/download Microsoft Edge. Go to settings > default browser > under Internet Explorer pages, select "Allow"
Step 2: Select "Add" under the Internet Explorer mode pages settings, and copy and paste this link: https://myaccount.standingstonegames.com/index.php and click the blue "Add" button. now copy and paste this link into the URL bar and hit enter.
Step 3: On this page, where it says HAVE A PRODUCT KEY? copy and paste this key: 23N33FLK2Z4EWDCRHPT3WH2JE
Step 4: Follow the on-screen account creation instructions and agree to the terms and conditions.
NOW YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO PLAY!!!
So far I haven't had any problems and I'm able to play the game!!
