hey, I cant find Elminster in eveningstar

it seems impossible to find him there? Where is he hiding? I have looked in the tarven and the map but still no luck

That link does not actually answer the question...

Elminster should be found in the eveningstar main map, near the well (entrance to 'Don't Drink the Water' quest), but depending on how you got there (through 'The Lords of Dust' questline or through your Key to Eveningstar) you might or not be able to interact with him.

Additionally, Elminster may also be found further up north with the three War Wizards of the Queen of the Demonweb chain (chain3) as a questgiver for the Caught in the Web raid once you flagged for it.

The locations were on the wiki page but were somewhat ambiguous. However, some good soul (Meander) has tidied up the locations on the ddowiki for clarity's sake.
