Wheloon Content pack?

I am making my way through the purple dragon knight quests but when I reach the quest " Shadow of a doupt" I have to enter the magistars office.
I then get a pop up window that says I neeed the wheloon pack but I cant find it in the store and without it I can not do any more quests. Anyone know how to get this pack or whats going on?

Pretty sure that comes under the Shadowfell expansion pack, which last I checked had to come from the DDO site or steam.

correct that is part of the expansion shadowfell. stormhorns is also part of it too

Yep.. Correctly called "Shadowfell Conspiracy". The first two quests in that chain are F2P and the 3rd (plus the entire Wheloon prison chain) are not. The expansion pack optionally comes with some additional perks. Check the DDO store (http://store.turbine.com/store/turbine/en_US/list/categoryID.58733100/parentCategoryID.58516100) for options and prices. (It may offer choices Steam doesn't.)

I see I got the Purple Knight standalone and i think I was supposed to buy it in a bundel on steam if I wanted the best deal.

Oh well no big deal I will check out the Turbine store or get it on steam.
