Soundtrack/Gamefiles Location
I already asked this on the dev's topic, but in retrospect, I realize I probably should have just created a new discussion for it, so here's my problem:

I bought the soundtrack bundle for this game, but I can't find the soundtrack anywhere, or the game files for that matter. I went to the usual "steam\steamapps\common" as was also mentioned elsewhere in these discussions, but nothing for the game is there. I searched my computer and nothing came up. I know the game's installed since I just played and finished it. I even tried re-installing the game, but nothing's coming up. Any help?

Sorry, for double posting.

Ok, just to double check you looked all the way under \Steam\steamapps\common\To the Moon\To the Moon - Original Soundtrack ?

Yes, and absolutely nothing related to the game is there, but I can still play the game normally.

Hm, that's odd... I'm not sure what exactly happened here, but in the worst case scenario, I could manually send you the soundtrack via email or the like. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Right now I'm just trying random things (validating gamefiles, backing up then recovering, playing with Windows' file options), but nothing comes up except my other games.

I must have done something right, because my "common" folder just doubled in size (must have been other hidden games that I didn't know to look for). For those wondering, I just downloaded steam's backup file from here: https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=8794-YPHV-2033 and ran it from the right folder. Anyways, problem solved!

Btw, this is really an amazing game and I can't wait for Episode 2.

Ok, scratch what I said above, apparantly what happened was is that I originally redirected my steam folder, but it got reset at some point to its default location and never told me about it, and for some reason my computer didn't bring it up in my searches, and when I ran the recovery program it let me open up the backup folder, which was in the Steam folder that was actually being updated when I installed stuff. It still worked.

Hi everyone.
I'm also another having trouble finding the soundtrack. It could be simply that I don'ty know where my steam common folder is as well ^^; Could someone direct me to it? Nothing comes up in a search.

Thankyou.

Don't worry. FOUND IT! I feel like such a n00b! :P For those who are having trouble try looking in the following location:

C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\To the Moon

Well...that's the path on my computer anyway. Should be something similar on yours.

I'm having the exact same issue. I bought the game bundled with the soundtrack as well, but I have no clue where to find the soundtrack. I'm a huge noob when it comes to Steam, so can someone direct me to the proper folder and where to find it?
