game crashes (windows 10)
the game black screens and crashes 2 seconds after launch

DXDiag report or is there a list of things you have tried, like did it work before, what have you not tried yet, what other games in the series have you played successfully? Has any other computer game done this to your recently? Have you tried running this game on another computer? What OS version, how much RAM, surely something... is relevant. Without any clues, all you have done is stated your version of the truth. Or as Adam Savage would happily intone "I take your reality and substitute my own", describe your reality :-)

it didnt work before, i bought the game yesterday, To The Moon is the 1st game i tried to play from this series, no other computer games done that to me recently, i didnt try running this game on another computer because other computers i can use are much weaker than the one im usually using, the OS version is 22H2 if thats what you mean, from what i see i have 2.1 GB of RAM available

TTM might require a higher spec graphics card, RAM is a bit tight for gaming these days, but it is likely down to graphics adapter make and model?

Glad you sorted it GalaxyLord. It's probably my second-most loved story game on steam. (Until you put it into the entire series that is :-) ) love it when people get to enjoy it, almost as much as the devs do.
