Do all 1255 clusters get you ALL the Powers?

Good question. xD I'd also like to know whether you can collect all the 'clusters' at the very beginning of the game and max out your superpowers before playing through the story missions. Or whether you have to do that gradually as you progress through the game.

You get all of the powers through missions

Well I have all the clusters now and about 250 unspent ones and at least 5 or 6 locked Powers in my menu. Assuming not many more appear as I finish up the story it looks like Korsche could be right but why the extra clusters?

Well, not everybody is going to bother collecting them all. For instance, some of them require being very thorough with tower climbs; there are others that, as far as I can tell, are impossible until you have Death From Above (a couple of spheres are so high and so far from any platform, there's no way to get them w/o a hover + TK combo).

So if you want to fully upgrade everything, fine, but you won't need every cluster unless you specifically want to finish that challenge. This means that there's little reason for regret along the lines of having built your character 'wrong'.

Ya, true, not everyone will get them all but I can say you don't NEED Death from Above to get them. I didn't use it anyway and most of my powers are nearly fully upgraded so I guess there's nothing to worry about. Thanks for all the replies!

Definitely not the case. I've collected all of the items in the game, and I did that prior to unlocking DFA, since I was trying to stay at the same story pace as my roommate.

You will have 190 clusters left over after upgrading everything if you have collected them all. There are only 2 DFA upgrades, the unlock one and Nuke. and the Shield power up has 4 extra ones aside from the unlock one. You should be able to fully upgrade every power with clusters before the final mission (called Grand Finale btw). Which also nets you the achievement.

I could be remembering wrong, but I could swear I bought some power upgrades that were later rewarded by missions. Is that going to subtract from my ending surplus more than people who had waited for the mission rewards? And does this mean I will fall short of the amount needed to get all upgrades, or does everyone think that perhaps this might be the reason for the surplus?

My game passed by 100% but I'm not all sposbnosti that is not all of their upgrades. Here are those I have not, that is, they are not on the list of upgrades: Blast - Recharge 4, Telekinesis - Recharge 4, Stomp - Recharge 4 and Buff - Recharge 4, and I was left with 190 eyes upgrade to a campaign of 40 eyes on each of them, but they are not on the list of upgrades please tell me how to fix it, I will be very grateful??!! I have completed all the gold!

I dont want to spoil anything for all of you but I will tell you this: If you complete a side mistion from a charter you can see all of the clusters on your map. Geting some of them require you to use powers you dont have at the begining of the game, but by the time you have them all you can upgrade every power curently in the game with some to spare. Also some power upgrades require you do complere chalanges to unlock them.
