Store Hacking is Random.

Videos do not match up so the store hacking puzzle is random. I can do them all but the one on Henry Street Mills friendly fire sucks as i'm stuck on it.

The hacking puzzle you get seems to be based on how many stores you've hacked, not which store you're currently hacking. So the 20th store will always give you the 20th pre-determined puzzle, regardless of which store you go after. Failing a hack and going to hack a different store will simply give you the same puzzle again.
