Red door or blue door HELP!

I dont know if i should go though the red orr or the blue one. can some one tell me witch is better?

The door on the right kills you but you just respawn. There is an achievement for doing that too.

Oh, I had this problem last night.

I don't want to spoil anything, so spoiler tags.
If you go through the red door, he lies to you, and you die. Game ends, then boots you back to the last checkpoint.

If you go through the blue door, the mission proceeds as normal.
