At this point I think it's just because the development time and additional sliders they would have to include in the character generator just isn't worth the hassle. If at least they came out and frankly said that, I could almost believe it.
also it was Valve (steam) who blocked the nudity not the developers, nothing they can do about it.
Completely incorrect. It was a conscious and intended development decision.
The funny part is that you can get all the gory death you want.. but god forbid you would actually be shown a pixel made boobie :P
In the USA yes. In Scandinavia and Canada etc...it wouldn't even get noticed
And in Austrailia it would have gotten banned. Oh wait.
I know this is an old post but you are correct. You can have all the violence, shooting, murder you want on public tv but show a little breast and the country losses its GD mind.
