Clothes Colour Glitch
Whilst browsing through the clothes and accesories in the "Let's Play" Shop, some of the colours on the items aren't correct. They are all blue and light green, just wondered if there was a fix for this. Sometimes the clothes are flickering

That almost sounds like a gpu problem. The first thing to try would be to update your video drivers to the latest and greatest. It also wouldn't hurt to verify integrity of game cache. What gpu do you have?

My card is Sapphire HD 7970 Ghz Edition.
Drivers - Catalyst 13.10 beta 2
I didn't have those problems with game earlier. Also in other games i don't have it to.

Have you tried verifying integrity? Also, you may want to try the latest stable drivers instead.

No. I haven't tried to verify games files yet.
I've tried to play SR4 with different versions of AMD drivers from 13.8 beta to 13.11 beta. It gave me no effect =( It's strange that in the other games i have not this problem.

Do you have any mods installed, or have you ever installed any mods? I wonder if the color issue might be something related to the extra clothing color mod that was released (if those entries are now missing.)

No, I haven't any mods. Only Commander-in-Chief Pack.
How about last update 10/10/2013? It was an official update with new colors?

This happens ONLY in gateway not in the other clothes stores!

Just wanted to bump and say that I've encountered this exact same issue on two completely different hardware builds, minus the blue/green issue.
I also am able to see a black box in the middle of the character model's pelvis (while fully declothed) facing away from the pixelation.

2 years later and this is still an issue, havnt found a fix

I have a Toshiba Satellite laptop with Intel HD 4000 GPU. I occasionally get this glitch, whether mods are loaded or not. I just exit the store and then re-enter. It goes away. There is another way to get it to quit, but I havent experienced it recently enough to have it fresh in my mind how I fixed it in-store. Maybe just jump to different type of clothing: from Upper Body to Lower Body...perhaps? Don't quote me though.
