Forgot how to use super powers

I know this is a silly question. But, it's been more than a month since I last played SR4, and I only put in a couple of hours when it first released. (I went back and finished SR3.) I have forgotten the controls for using the super powers on the PC. I've been searching for the last half hour, and all I've found is descriptions of what the powers do. But nothing that reminds me how to actually use them.

Can someone point me at an FAQ or walkthrough that has the PC controls? Or, can you tell me how to bring back up the tutorial mission that first demonstrated them?

passive ones like super jump and speed is hold space for jump and shift for sprint and the f keys (1-4) to manually select your powers and q to use them

Looked there first. Doesn't tell you how to select them.
