Shoulder switch

Is there a button to switch your shoulder view? I couldn't find anything in the options.

There isn't but it is possible to change the camera settings by moddifiing the camera files. It's also possible to build a memory hack which can change it on the fly however I have no idea what this might do in multiplay modes. Check out www.saintsrowmods.com and post about it in the mod request section and someone just might help you out.
