Which versions are without the "nudity" filter?

Oh and what determines which version is bought?

Apart from that I'm finding it ridiculous that as an adult I'm still potentially forbidden to watch whatever I please moreso in a video game. Same with region locking. It's a global market. If I can find a shop that sells it cheapest why should I be forced to buy it where it's more expensive? The alternative is piracy. Somewhat annoyed because of this.
I had fun playing the game but I thought ok it's free for the weekend but it's quite refreshing and fun and deserves money but this censoring and region locking... is turning me off. If I buy it I'm saying "I agree with your censorship and region locking" so I'm inclined to just say thanks and pass.

The pixelated nudity censor is in the stock game. It need modded to remove it.

To make it easy, if you want top pixel-free just use nipple cover underwear. If you want bottom pixel-free use tong. Genitals aren't shown.

Y'know, people, there are actually legitimate reasons someone might want to remove the pixelation. For example, it is kind of distracting during that section you're forced to play through in the nude.

Actually there is an uncensored version of the game my friend from singapore bought it on steam and for some reason he told me his game shows full nude which is strange. I asked him if he installed any mods he said no he just bought the game and they show full nudity.
